Raw materials and supply chains: a strategic challenge for batteries

Another increasingly important issue in the battery sector is the management of raw-material supply chains. Geopolitical dependence on some of the raw materials used in battery production is increasing supply risks and encouraging companies to rethink their sourcing strategies. GES technology aims to mitigate these risks through the use of abundant raw materials also available in Europe, reducing exposure to potential supply bottlenecks and unpredictable commodity price fluctuations.
